The IRFU Club Connect registration site is now open for the 2024/2025 season. All club members that registered last year must re-register and all new members must complete the full registration process.

All parents of players playing must register their children using this system and all minis and all youths must submit a photo and proof of DOB if they haven't previously done so.

NB **This is not annual your membership of Virginia RFC , this is to register with the IRFU only. There is no cost to you to register your child with the IRFU and this will be the central register of all club players with the IRFU

When you go to this link please only click the youth/mini section. Click register and you will be asked to create an account, you will need to enter your email address twice & tick the terms an conditions box before it will allow you through whilst also selecting english as the language.

Once logged in select 1 youth mini club member as the required package, please note there is no cost and this is not your annual Virginia RFC membership.

It is important before you start that you have a photograph of your child,(a headshot) and a copy of their passport/birthcert saved to your device as this is required to register. You can leave the IRFU ID section blank.

It is best to use Google Chrome to register.
