The U14 Ladies were invited to showcase their skills at half time during the URC match between Ulster and Leinster last night. Excitement was high with some girls experiencing a slight case of butterflies in the stomach. Nevertheless, when the whistle blew, they kicked into action and played some great rugby in monsoon-like conditions. Handling was difficult at times, but they did well and managed to score three tries. Two by Eunice and one by Jess who was on debut. Another debutant, Izzy got well stuck, see photos for her putting in a great tackle.

Hopefully, for some of them, this will only be their first appearance at Kingspan, seeing their name in the match programme and appearing on telly. Onwards and upwards!
